Terms of Use

AnOmics Lab provides computational biology services including but not limited to sequencing analysis, genome assembly, structural biology, drug discovery, and metagenomics. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon separately in writing between AnOmics Lab and the client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

You agree to use AnOmics Lab services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use our platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Submit data that contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or other clients' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms or pipeline code.
• Misrepresent the origin of data submitted for analysis or violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use our platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our platform without written permission.

All content on the AnOmics Lab website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and pipeline code — is the exclusive property of AnOmics Lab and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Your data: You retain full ownership of all research data and biological samples you submit. By submitting data, you grant AnOmics Lab a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process and analyze your data for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

Analysis outputs: Processed results and analysis reports delivered to you under a service agreement are your property upon full payment of applicable fees.

AnOmics Lab's proprietary pipelines, software, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of AnOmics Lab regardless of the services rendered.

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Computational biology analyses are inherently subject to biological complexity and data quality limitations. Results are provided for research purposes and should be validated experimentally before clinical or commercial application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AnOmics Lab and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from reliance on analysis results for clinical, regulatory, or commercial decisions.

In no event shall AnOmics Lab's total liability exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
